Acts and Executive Orders
The legislation regulation health and safety on offshore installations comprises the following:

Act No. 1424 of 21 December 2005 on Safety, etc. on Offshore Installations for Exploration, Extraction and Transport of Hydrocarbons (Offshore Safety Act) with underlying regulations (Execeutive Orders).

Consolidated Act No. 889 of 4 July 2007 on the Use of the Subsoil of Denmark (Subsoil Act) with underlying regulations (executive orders).

Consolidated Act No. 1101 of 18 November 2005 on the Continental Shelf (Continental Shelf Act) with underlying regulations (executive orders).
