Verified data for annual CO2-emissiones for 2011 will have to be reported by the 31. March 2012 at latest
Aircraft operators are obliged to report their verified emission data to the Danish Energy Agency.
Emission reports can be submitted in two different ways:
1. All operators can do the reporting digital online, by using our online reporting system ”Aviation Data OnLine” (option A). The operators with a Danish CVR-number have to use digital signature to log in to ”Aviation Data OnLine”. Other operators have to request by email the user name and login from Danish Energy Agency to log in to ”Aviation Data OnLine”.
Emission data can be uploaded to Aviation Data Online using special xml or excel formats which have been sent to all operators.

2. All operators can do the reporting digital, but not online, by using Excel templates and sending them by email to The Danish Energy Agency (option B). Since that reporting will not be signed you’ll also in parallel to the excel sheet need to send us a scan of the excel report with your signature on. The signed report can also be sent by ordinary mail.
