Danish implemention of the EU ETS scheme (unofficial translations - only the Danish documents have legal validity):- Consolidated Act on CO2 allowances, act. no. 1222 of 15 October 2010. - Executive Order on verification and reporting of CO2-emission and tonne-kilometre data, ect., no. 40 of 20 January 2011.Other excecutive orders are not translated.Selected EU legislation:- Directive 2003/87/EC of 13. October 2003 with amendments (consolidated version)- Guidelines for the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions (Commission Decision 2007/589/EC of 18. July 2007)- Inclusion of monitoring and reporting guidelines for emission and tonne-kilometre data from aviation activities (Comission Decision 2009/339/EC of 16. April 2009)The previous Danish CO2 allowance trading scheme (historical data)Denmark implementet in 1999 an CO2 emission trading scheme to reduce CO2 emission from Danish power generators.
