Received applications
The following field development plans have been filed with the
Danish Energy Agency.
Application for further development of the Tyra Field
The 23th of September 2011 Mærsk Olie og Gas A/S applied for
approval of a plan for further development of the Tyra field.
The application is seeking approval for drilling and production
from up to four new production wells, all from existing
installations. Results from the first well will determine if there
is potential for three more wells.
The cost of the first well is estimated to app. 190 million DKK.
On the basis of the first new well it is expected
to produce approx. 0.05 million m3 of oil and 0,37 billion Nm3 gas
during the lifetime of the project. Anticipated spud is Q2
2012.
The application is now being processed by The Danish Energy
Agency.
