OSPAR
The DEA participates in the work of OSPAR (Oslo-Paris Convention) on marine environment issues
For the oil and gas sector Danish Energy Agency provides technical support to Danish Environmental Protection Agency in their work with the Oslo-Paris Convention (OSPAR) on the protection of the environment of the sea from impact of offshore activities in the north-eastern part of the Atlantic Ocean, including the North Sea.
The work primarily takes places in a committee designated Offshore Industry Committee (OIC) that meets annually.
