DEAs international co-operation partners are described.
The Danish Energy Agency participates in international co-operation in a number of fields concerning health, safety and environment on offshore installations.
The Danish Energy Agency thus participates--together with the equivalent authorities in the NW European Area--in multinational co-operation through the North Sea Offshore Authorities Forum (NSOAF), and co-operates bilaterally with the Petroleum Safety Authority in Norway and the Jealth & Safety Executive in the UK. The Danish Energy Agency further participates in the Offshore Mechanical Handling Equipment Committee (OMHEC).
On oil & gas issues the Danish Energy Agency provides technical support to The Danish Environmental Protection Agency in their work in the Oslo-Paris Commission (OSPAR) on the protection of the environment of the sea from the impact of offshore activities.
