It is our hope that the guide will give a better understanding of the structure and functions of the Danish oil and gas authorities and the framework and opportunities available in Denmark for the oil and gas industry.
Accordingly, the guide includes an outline of relevant authorities and important "hydrocarbon" legislation for companies involved in exploration/appraisal activities. Furthermore, the most important procedures (approvals, reporting etc. ) to be followed by licensees operating in Denmark, will be found in the guide.
