The JI/CDM newsletter for December 2010 focuses on China

The Danish Energy Agency publish the December edition of the Danish State’s News Letter on the JI-CDM Programme.
This edition of the newsletter will focus on China and the Danish cooperation with China. The bilateral cooperation with China goes back to 1986. However, from 2005 a Danish wind energy programme started up as well as a CDM programme. This will be further elaborated in this newsletter.
The newsletter also highlights some of the COP16 perspectives with focus on the flexible mechanisms. As usual the edition includes an article on the latest news from the CDM EB, the EU decision on the Danish base year and the HF23.
Finally, the newsletter is looking at the Danish-Russian bilateral cooperation, the Danish carbon scheme for offsetting government flights and the latest signed project purchase agreement in India.
